Of Trannies and Truckstop Whores

In our final Comics of the Universe feature exploring the diverse and complex world of Justin Hall, we get a glimpse at what Justin’s working on now. The Liar is Justin’s new graphic novel, a story about the cross-country adventure of two strangers, each harboring his own secrets and lies. We also get part two of the FBOTU podcast interview with Justin, where we explore the origins of Glamazonia, the Uncanny Super Tranny and talk about the challenges of bringing The Liar to life.

I hope you’ve enjoyed our time with Justin and our look into the work of a very talented independent artist. The goal, as always, in getting to know these creators is to hopefully inspire others to follow their dreams, publish that comic, record that CD, whatever you’ve been meaning to do, but haven’t. Justin’s Comics of the Universe submissions will be up for a few more weeks, then we’ll have a new artist after the first of the year.
