Thanks to my Tofurkey-induced ramblings on Thanksgiving, the suits at the BBC have agreed to hand over David Tennant‘s remaining Doctor Who specials in a fair and timely manner. Behold the BBC America schedule (pronounced with the hard “c”; none of this “shhhedule” business):
Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars airs Saturday, December 19, 9:00 PM ET/PT Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part One airs Saturday, December 26, 9:00 PM ET/PT Doctor Who: The End of Time, Part Two airs Saturday, January 2, 8:00 PM ET/PT
According to my British spies, guest stars include John Simm (as the Master), Timothy Dalton, Bernard Cribbins and…Catherine Tate! If this means Donna Noble returns and is somehow vindicated, I will forgive Russell T Davies for Children of Earth. That’s how much I love Donna. However, I’m afraid it’s much more likely he’ll just have Captain Jack show up and kill her.
Russell recently told Radio Times, “It’s personal for the Doctor. The Master is his enemy, his opposite, and yet, so tantalizingly close to being his soul mate. There’s something epic about their sheer existence—the last two survivors of an ancient race. It’s a clash of the titans. Both of them, heading for death, and yet both determined to survive—at any cost!”
Then, when David Tennant turns into little Matt Smith, it will became a clash of the teen titans.

I really hope Donna N. comes back. I thought that was a horrible way to drop her off before. She’s awesome.

Only one day to wait for the finale episodes then.
Waters of Mars was more fun than I thought it would be.
Still not sure about the cutesy robot, but it was funny seeing the behind the scenes documentary of Russel proudly showing off the robots origional design. Erm, that was Wall-E.. He’d seriously never seen Wall-E before? Honestly, it couldnt have looked more like him if they’d tried. The adjusted version was definately less cute, but no less annoying.
