It’s weird that summer’s over, and the first signs of fall are appearing. In Los Angeles, that mostly means stuff starts catching on fire. Oh, and Halloween candy! So, you know, silver lining. I guess I didn’t really do anything major this summer. I went to Comic-Con, I saw some movies, and I made a bunch of hot guys like September Fanboy of the Month Hadrian take their clothes off for me. So, really, I can’t complain.
All kidding aside, I never take the FBOTMs for granted. It takes a lot of courage to step up, strip down and put yourself out there for all to see. I’ve really loved doing the FBOTM photo shoots. Each and every one has been unique and fun in its own way. There have even been a few that have never been published, for one reason or another. I might start a thread in the Forum and share some of the “FBOTMs That Got Away,” if people are interested. I’m going to miss doing the shoots, but I’m excited about the changes in store for the feature. I’ve already had two or three guys express interest in submitting their pics to be FBOTMs for 2011, and I haven’t even posted the rules and requirements yet!
We have two more shoots in the Los Angeles area coming up. The first one is NEXT Saturday, September 25. If you’ve been waiting and thinking about it, time is running out. If you want to be in the 2011 Fanboy of the Month Calendar, and you’re in the Los Angeles area, better let me know right away!
Only three more FBOTMs left before the end of the year… But enough about the future. Let’s talk about the present, which includes the delicious young man we have for the rest of September. Take it away, Hadrian!
