"Now, if Marvel really wanted to show the reader what was going on in this long-winded, exposition-heavy issue, they should have just typed up a bunch of rambling words, stuck them on the cover and had the X-Men snoring away in the background from sheer boredom."
-Brian Andersen on Astonishing X-Men #35

A Long Time Ago, In a Pottery Barn Far, Far Away

Let’s say we’ve had dinner, caught a movie and now the evening finds us back at my place. I open a bottle of wine, we make out a little, then we head to the bedroom. I turn the lights on low, and you get your first glimpse of my fabulous and sexy new bedding:

If you’re just some normal guy, you’d probably step back slowly, then run out of the house as fast as you can. But if you’re a fanboy, your clothes are coming off, and it’s going to be one freaky night of dueling lightsabers! You can get your very own Star Wars sheets, blankets, duvet covers, shams and pillows at Pottery Barn. Yes, Pottery Barn. I just ordered mine, so my nights in a galaxy far, far away will not be far away for long. Now, where were we? How about a little music? Barry White or John Williams?

Uh - I felt a little tickle in my pants when I read “one freaky night of dueling lightsabers!” Dios mio, si!  Make mine Williams.

My god! Does it come in King size????

The sizes only go up to queen, unfortunately. But if we start a write-in campaign, maybe they’ll make them in king size.

Speaking of king size, my whole goal in starting this website was to give Razz-Bel a little tickle in his pants. Mission accomplished.

Could you imagine the preceding strip tease performed in time with the “Main Theme” of Star Wars and then of course the post coital afterglow and traditional raiding of the fridge to “The Throne Room” music.
