Anybody reading Green Lantern. I stupidly dropped the book a year ago when I moved just as the Sinestro wars was starting. I picked up the first two issues of Rage Of The Red Lanterns and it rocks. I thought the color Lanterns would be hockey but it very cool. Love the Blue Lanterns and their zen peace feel.
Run immediately out and buy the Sinestro War trade (I think it’s in trade). It was one of the best if not the best GL stories ever IMO. Rage is going to rock I feel it, can’t wait to see whose dead corpses show up as black lanterns. Blue is turning out to be a favorite of mine as well I dig their vibe.
Okay guys, I read most of the secret Origins storyline. Does this one pick up where that one leaves off? I’m not super familiar with GL.
Numerically, yes. Secret Origins sets up the Red Lantern business. Then there’s a Final Crisis issue that launches the Rage of the Red Lanterns series. But it’s still numerically in line with the Green Lantern title.
I just caught up with the latest issue. It’s pretty good, and I like all the philosophical stuff it brings up about corruption, redemption and blind faith. As much as I’d like to think of myself as a Blue Lantern, I’d probably get assigned to a much dorkier sect, like the Lanterns in charge of alphabetizing things.

You need tp pick up Final Crisis the Rage of the Red Lanterns it’s part one of the story. I was able to understand the story without having read the last 12 or so issues. Gonna try and pick up the issues or trades I’ve missed.
Unfortunately the upcomming Black Lantern stuff was spoiled for me when I saw a description of the action figures coming out :(

Yeah, I’m liking this one too! I love the Blue Lanterns too! I’m kinda excited to see what the Black Lanterns are gonna be like, you know being all dead and everything.

After seeing the Red Lantern Corps splash photo I demand a Red Lantern cat action figure or plush. Nothing cuter than a pissed off blood spewing rage fueled super powered cat.

Sweet! You follow my vlog! Thanks dude, always a pleasure! But you know, my collection pales in comparison to some of my fellow FBOTU brother’s collections. I had to sell off a large chunk of it when I was younger and poorer…wait…I’m still poor. Anyways, I agree, there is totally going to be a spectrum of colors war coming up. They’re building up to that with all the colors filling their armies up. We just need a Rainbow Lantern (or Pride Lantern) to come in and open up a big ol’ can of whoop ass on them.
Sweet! I follow your vlog i thought it was really interesting that you read so many gay sexual comics lol. I never knew such a thing existed. I tried to spread the work via facebook about your contest because there are so many mmusic students here at FSU. I havent gotten anyone to try it yet but i hope that you get a few good choices. I like the response you have so far but it would be nice if there were some competition hehe. There will be a spectrum war but i just wonder who will ally. It would be really hard for the red and yellow lanterns to work together because of sinestro’s history with the yellow lanterns and the hate that the red lanterns have for him. I went to the comic book store today and they didnt have issue 37 i was very upset. I heard the ending is amazing. The green, blue, and saphire could join forces. indigo are neutral they help both sides so who knows where they would stand if there was a war. I wonder also what role “Scar” will have. Scar is one of the gaurdians but has been tainted by darknness. She has been encouraging the Green Lantern Corps to take on more aggression against their enemies.
