I guess I was hoping for a slightly more upgraded version of Roboto. I think even some sort of removable chest armor would have been able to achieve that look for me. An alternate, more streamlined head would have been cool as well. I think Vikor is fantastic. I suppose it could probably be argued that he’s just some generic barbarian. But it’s such a great sculpt, great outfit. So rugged, so much character. I also love the contrast between Vikor and Bow.

As for Preternia Disguise He-Man, I don’t dislike him or anything. I just don’t find him too exciting just yet. Granted though, I don’t really know much of the history behind the disguise. I felt the same way when they first announced Wun-Dar, but I eventually warmed up to him (not that I’ve been able to acquire one yet).

I want a Mo-Larr just for the opportunity to make a MOTUC Pride-Man custom in homage to GHF.

Mo-Larr should also look pretty good with the Fabulor armour, but yeah he’ll make a great Pride-Man :D

Aww, GHF. For those of you who may not know, FBOTU originated from a Yahoo Group called “Gay He-Fans” or GHF. A lot of the members from GHF became founding members of FBOTU. I’ll have to find and post a picture of Pride Man, unless one of you GHF boys has it handy.

After 45 minutes of refresh page, it appears I got an Orko. So…yay! But I wonder if this is the improved “online experience” they promised at Comic-Con.

it all went into meltdown by the time I got to the payment page. I got stuck on that for ten minutes, gave up, refreshed and found I had an empty basket (theres a reason for that revealed later) so I went through and filled up my basket again, the pages loaded smoothly and in the rush I forgot to set UPS shipping.
Got my email conf.
Then I checked my order history. Its blank. Like Ive never bought anything off Matty, ever..
Another guy had the same problem, he called them asking about it and they said so long as he got the email conf the order has gone through.
In that time I’d emailed them to ask about mine. a few minutes later I get another email from Matty.
But its not a reply to that query (that would have been FAST service) I assumed it was an automated reply saying theyd got my message.
Nah it wasn’t that, it was the second order I’d placed. The first one actually went through.

I dont know what to do now. I don’t want to cancel, because knowing Matty they will cancel the order I have with UPS shipping.
So I guess the best thing to do is just accept it, and if they are happy to send me double the order I will have some Orkos to trade with people who missed him when I end up missing something. (If I get any of them, at all)

I’m too paranoid to manually refresh the screen at any stage of the ordering process, but especially once it’s reached the payment screen ‘cause I’ve heard the horror stories where someone will get one extra order for every refresh they did.

Anyhow, my experience went something like this: Started getting the WSOD about 10 minutes before everything went up for sale.  Spent a good half hour in that cycle until I got back to Orko’s page where you put in the quantity, at which point I noticed I wasn’t logged in anymore for whatever reason.  Had a mini panic.  It took an additional 10-15 minutes or so to get through that second round of the WSOD.  Finally made it to order completion some time after 12:30 pm.  Headache ensues from the stress.

I wonder if I hadnt refreshed if that page would ever have loaded or if Id still be looking at it now.
Does anyone know how the SDCC stuff works? I know there’s a limit of 6, but you hear of people getting more than the order limit ALL the time.
As it turns out, I’ll be able to help a couple more people if the extra order comes through, but Im wondering if Matty will just cancel the second order by default. So long as they dont cancel my first with the tracked shipping.

Don’t mean to laugh, but I’m just thinking how I would shit myself if that happened to me.  There have been one or two occasions where I’ve been too lazy to check my e-mail right away for the order confirmation.

I checked my email, it didnt come in till about ten minutes after, this time.

Im actually not too worried about having the extras. Id sooner have twice as many as I wanted than none at all.
I did have to top up my credit card to make sure I had enough credit on there though, that was a worry!

Dunno what I’ll do with the extra Mo Larrs though. Maybe a few customs. Pride-Man, Fabulor and Gay-Dar

Holy cow!  I couldn’t get one, much less 24 Orkos! 

Today… TODAY, good sirs - is the first time (Since that confounded Battle Cat fiasco) I’ve been able to get an order go through, on the release day, of Mattycollector.com (son of a…) and I actually was able to purchase something!  I bought one re-release Trap Jaw and two sets of flight stands.  (Those things are cool!)  Wow!  I was way too happy for something I already have.  Whiplash is coming vis sub.  Egads!  I’m still looking for a regular Orko.  I’m low on funds, so maybe I’ll track down regular Orko and Battle Cat down there some time soon. 

Just wanting to share - Those flight stands make Beast Man look like he’s leaping through the air, Stratos look like he’s flying, Webstor like he’s gliding and my Hawkgirl look like she’s swooping down on Harley Quinn!  Awesome-O!
