If you get a dozen or so emails from online underwear retailers a day, like I do, then you probably got the news that Mario Lopez is endorsing a line of underwear called Rated M. The tagline is “For manful men and their very special guests.”

I thought that was pretty bad, until I actually clicked and saw the underwear. I don’t expect every pair of underwear to be a WonderJock, but I don’t know any guys who are looking for something shapeless and unappealing to help flatten out their package and give them that high-waisted grandpa underwear look that was so popular in the 30s.

Bizarre.

Hopefully, Mario will go back to his sketchpad and come up with some better designs.

Still, Mario in underwear, any underwear, is always a nice sight to behold.
