I started one, but since we haven’t started playing there’s barely anything on it. But once the game gets going, hopefully this month, I’ll start posting up things.

Hey guys, glad to hear folks are enjoying DC Adventures and Mutants & Masterminds! The first volume of Heroes & Villains for DCA just shipped: hundreds of character write-ups (from Abrakadabra to Kobra) and the M&M Gamemaster’s Guide (companion to the Hero’s Handbook) is in production. Lots of new stuff in the works!

Oh, and JohnnyM, ICONS technically isn’t a FATE game, although it draws some inspiration from FATE and FUDGE, it’s equal parts Marvel Super-Heroes (the original “FASERIP” system), Marvel Saga, Villains & Vigilantes, and other rules-lighter superhero RPGs and does use numerical values and such (the descriptive level names are purely optional).

Hi Steve! Glad you found your way to this forum. Cool to have creators drop in. I’ve been following your LiveJournal for some time, and especially like the recent episode-by-episode “What can superhero-RPGs learn from the Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes” cartoon?” entries.

For those who would like to see what I’m talking about, Steve’s gaming-related public LiveJournal posts are duplicated at

Cool, glad you’ve been enjoying them. It has been a fun series to do. I hope Season 2 of Avengers is on the air by the time I finish with Season 1!

Hi Steve! I’ve been learning all about DC Adventures, and Mutants and Mastermind 3E in general. In fact, I got convinced to run two games! One of them I’m using the Emerald City Knights module, and that’s going great. The other is a story line based on the Paranormals line for 2E. Maybe one day I’ll be able to play my in a game myself lol. Keep up the great work!

Cool, Darkshifter, glad you’re having fun with the games (and Emerald City Knights)! I hear ya on the always-GMing front, although a friend of mine is starting up a Dragon Age game soon, which I’m looking forward to playing.
