I just found out that Syfy already aired their The Phantom miniseries on June 20th i heard absolutely nothing about, which was odd because their Alice in Wonderland spots were everywhere and that was just AWFUL.

By the lack of promotion I’m assuming it was another one of those Syfy flops but i still want to see what they did with it. Anyway, did anybody catch?

Seriously, *seriously* not good.  Next time I’ll stick to “Defenders of the Earth”...

Didn’t see the SyFy movie, but the cartoon “Defenders of the Earth”, now that was a great cartoon using the old characters in an updated format.

Well at least now i know not to go in with any expectations… honestly i only want to watch because the tech and costume designs looked kind of interesting… were they at least interesting?

I could only imagine the train wreck that the storyline was after seeing the Alice in Wonderland thing they did i could never expect a solid movie/storyline… which is odd since the Zooey Deschanel Oz movie was pretty good… i mean not great but it was nowhere near as awful as the Alice thing.

Full disclosure i totally loved Kathy Bates as the Red Queen and the actor who played the Mad Hatter was super cute and the only reason i ever watched that awful time travel/wormhole show on BBCA… Primeval? i don’t know… wow did i go off on a tangent haha
