It’s been a very busy week, folks. September Fanboy of the Month David’s video went viral almost right after it was posted and has now been viewed over 10,000 times. That’s significant because our most popular video so far has only been viewed 1,500 times. David (and FBOTU) were then featured on (WARNING: NSFW) QueerClick, BananaGuide, Fleshbot, ManHuntDaily and a whole host of personal blogs and postings.

If I had known he was going to be so popular, I would have saved him for a 5-week month. Can’t take him back now, so I will just post a few additional shots of him each week, instead of the usual 3 or 4. Also, we have a special new FBOTM feature that will premiere towards the end of the month, and David will be featured in that. Stay tuned!

So, thanks for spreading the word! And since we’ve had a LOT of new people join, please give them your friendliest FBOTU welcome when they post.

How exciting for the site!  Must be a huge ego boost for David as well.

Very cool for the site.  Plus, this may be the biggest exposure my music’s ever going to have.

I love the FBOTU theme. I probably listen to it more than anyone, especially when I’m editing. Just when I think I’m getting tired of it, I’ll hear it again and want to dance. I might have to write lyrics for it.

I read a few comments, then stopped. Sometimes I forget that not every site is as friendly as FBOTU. We have a strict “Don’t be mean” policy here. Plus, I feel very protective of the FBOTMs, since no matter how much bravado they may profess, it still takes a lot of courage to strip down and put yourself out there. Plus, if you don’t like one guy, there’ll be another next month you may like more.

But there are some evil queens on other sites, that’s for sure. Or maybe fanboys are just nicer people, in general.

I think fanboys are nicer.  We’re used to being on the receiving end of the evil queens more often than not, I think.

I dunno, in general the comments seem to be very positive. I do agree if you cant say something nice - don’t comment. But we all know the net isn’t like that. I have odd tastes in blokes, but I thought David was bloody hot. Not everyone is gonna float everyone’s boat. Tis cool when they get a lot of NICE comments though

He is damn hot. By the by is that Jeremy I see doing the photo’s? heh I’ll have to ask him.

oh man David is freakin hot, he;s the whole reason I found this site and signed up…which could be read as creepy I just realized but fook it, I’d like to be the Tim Drake to his Bruce Wayne any day.

I’m the same as sonic_screwdriver, David was the reason I found and joined this site.  You need to post a whole lot more of him.  I’d pay to see more.
